Pay for your LHS student's 2016-2017 parking permit here.
TO PURCHASE A PARKING PERMIT YOU MUST HAVE:
1. A fully completed form
2. Your current dirver's License (student must bring it to the bookkeeper so we can make a copy for our records)
3. Your current insurance card (student must bring it to the bookkeeper so we can make a copy for our records)
4. Aug. – June, cost is $50.00, CASH OR PAY ONLINE AT LHS WEBSTORE (no checks accepted).
Jan. – June, cost is $25.00 CASH OR PAY ONLINE AT LHS WEBSTORE (no checks accepted). Replacement Permits are $25.
5. Parent Permission Signature required if under 18 years old
6. If you have not purchased a parking permit, parked on campus and vehicle is booted it is $25 removal fee.
7. If your parking permit is NOT properly displayed, your vehicle will be booted. The fine to have the boot removed for not properly displaying your parking permit is $10.
